The  Grounds Team

The Grounds Team is a diverse group that includes gardeners, lead gardeners, laborers and equipment operators. This team is responsible for maintenance of our property, including Water Works Park – one of the largest inner city parks in America.

What it’s Like to Work in Grounds at DMWW

The grounds maintenance team does much of their work outdoors in Iowa's extreme weather. The team is responsible for snow removal in winter.  Spring and summer are busy times mowing and planting and maintaining flowers and trees in Water Works Park.
